Yield: 10 servings
1 kg bacon
500 gr. flour
1 bakery yeast
250 ml water
Salt

Preparation:
Mix flour, little salt and water to make dough.
Leave dough to rise 20 minutes and then shape it
In the middle of the dough place bacon and cover it.
Place dough with bacon into heated oven 90 minutes on 200 C
Cool it and cut it in the middle.
Serve bacon with pieces of dough, eggs, and young onion

Appetizer for 6 persons
150 gr. crackers
300 gr. soft white cheese
100 gr. sour cream
200 gr. Edam cheese
1 – 2 tomatoes
50 gr. olives
Salt, parsley

Preparation:
Take soft white cheese; mix with sour cream, salt and parsley
Cut Edam cheese on pieces
On every cracker place cheese mixture and another cracker on top.
On top place slice of white cheese, slice of Edam cheese, slice of tomato and olive.
Pin the crackers with toothpicks
This appetizer goes well with juice, beer or white wine

8 Artichokes
2 lemons
Salt, oil

Preparation:
Clean artichokes, rub it with lemon juice and immerse into water with lemon juice.
Dry it and leave it a little upside down
Press it so the leaves could open
Fry it on heated oil
Salt them and serve it on serving dish

Appetizer for 4 persons
500 gr. peppers
500 gr. tomatoes
1 onion
Oil, salt pepper, sugar, vegetable spice

Preparation:
Cut peppers, onion and tomatoes on small pieces
Fry onion, add sugar and after a while add peppers
When peppers starts to soften, add tomatoes, vegetable spice and stew it until dry. Add salt and black pepper at will.

7 eggs
200 ml. milk
450 gr. cheddar cheese
250 gr. cheese cream
450 gr. cow cheese
100 gr. flour
60 gr. butter
1 tea spoon baking powder

Preparation:
Place yolks and milk together, and mix well
Add cheeses, flour, butter, baking powder and put into oven on butter greased pot on 150 C for 45 – 50 minutes
Cut into triangle and serve it on serving dish

2 small breads
200 gr. white cheese
120 gr. ham
140 gr. pickles
400 gr. meat pate (canned)
Pepper

Preparation:
Cut the ends of the bread and remove soft part inside.
Cut cheese, ham and pickles into pieces
Place together pate, ham, cheese, pickles, pepper and mix everything well
Feel the empty bread with mixture and leave it in fridge for 2 hours

Preparation:
Chop cucumber and radishes. Salt at will.

Cut the top part of tomato and remove inside part
Cut mozzarella and young onion into pieces
Place pate, mozzarella and young onion together and mix well.

Appetizer for 4 persons:
1 avocado
3 soup spoons lemon juice
30 gr. peanuts
100 gr. white soft cheese
1 tea spoon vegetable spice
Black pepper

Preparation:
Chop avocado and sprinkle with 1 tea spoon lemon juice
Place avocado, peanuts and cheese into blender.
Add rest of lemon juice, vegetable spice and pepper
Mix well and leave it to chill.
Serve it with roast bread
(Tip: You can add into mixture 1 – 2 tea spoons olive oil and chopped hot pepper)

Appetizer for 4 persons
4 eggs
2 soup spoons mayonnaise
60 gr. white cheese
Salt, pepper
2 scallions

Preparation:
Boil eggs in media salted water for 10 minutes
Cut boiled eggs in half and remove yolks
Mix yolks, mayonnaise, cheese, salt and pepper
When mixture is hardened, add some chopped scallion
Fill egg whites with mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with the rest of scallion
Serve on serving dish
