Dessert for 4 persons
30 gr. butter
80 gr. sugar
½ tea spoon cinnamon
80 ml water
4 bananas
60 ml rum
Ice cream at will

Preparation:
Place butter, sugar and cinnamon into frying pot. Heat it with constant stir until sugar gets brown color
Pour water and with constant stir leave it on for a while. Now you have caramel.
Cut bananas by their length in 2 pieces, place into caramel and leave it on heat for a while
Pour rum and fire it. When flames are gone, dessert is ready
Serve bananas on dessert dishes with caramel on top and ice cream at will

Coffee dessert
300 gr. sugar
1 lemon
150 gr. sesame

Preparation:
Place sugar on heated pot until it got golden caramel color
Slowly add lemon juice with constant stir.
In the end mix sesame and pour the mixture on roast paper
Cut it with knife making cookies shape
When cool off, remove them from paper
This dessert goes well with coffee.

Dessert for 4 persons
4 apples
40 gr. sugar
1 small pack vanilla powder
½ teas spoon cinnamon
40 gr. butter
100 ml. water

Preparation:
Make a hole in the center of each apple and place them into greased roast pot
Place sugar, vanilla and cinnamon into apple holes.
Pour on top on every apple melted butter, then water
Roast into heated oven on 200 C about 30 minutes
Serve apples into dessert plates covered with roasting liquid.

2 eggs
1 soup spoon sugar
300 ml. milk
200 ml. mineral water
Salt, oil, lemon peel
200 gr. flour
For the layer
200 gr. white chocolate cream
100 ml. milk
100 gr. grinded peanuts

Preparation:
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, lemon peel, mineral water, milk and flour
Roast pancakes into pancake pot
Mix white chocolate cream, milk and peanuts
Roll the pancakes with milk cream
This recipe goes well with white wine

1 banana
5 soup spoons yogurt
3 soup spoons milk
5 soup spoons flour
Salt, vanilla powder, butter

Preparation:
Into pressed banana, add milk, yoghurt, and flour, salt and vanilla powder. Mix everything well.
Add melted butter on heat. Mix again and roast the mixture on pancake pot.
Serve it with banana mix and some chocolate layer.
This dessert goes well white wine

400 gr. apples
150 gr. flour
Cinnamon
Lemon peel
250 ml water
300 gr. sugar

Preparation:
Peel the apples and cut into 8 pieces
Mix flour, cinnamon, lemon peel and water until liquid mixture is gained
Immerse apples into liquid mixture and fry them on hot oil.
Place sugar into heat until it gets golden color (caramel)
Immerse apples into caramel then immerse them quickly into cold water.
This dessert goes well after any main dish.

For the biscuit:
4 egg whites
150 gr. grinded hazelnuts
120 gr. sugar powder
For the cream:
150 gr. sugar powder
2 oranges juice
4 yolks
200 gr. butter
1 soup spoon flour

Preparation:
Beat egg whites into firm mixture slowly adding sugar and grinded hazelnuts.
Place roast paper into roast pot. Make the mixture into square shape and leave it into oven for 15 minutes on 180 C. Now you got biscuit done.
Cut the biscuit on 3 plain pieces
Place sugar into yolks, orange juice and flour and stew it until mixture is creamed. Cool it and mix it with butter.
Cover biscuit parts with cream and place it one above another. Cover all biscuit parts with cream and sprinkle with some grinded hazelnuts.

Dessert
2 eggs
1 glass of oil
1 glass strawberry yoghurt
1 glass sugar
2 smaller glasses flour
1 glass strawberry jam
Strawberries for decoration

Preparation:
Place eggs, oil, 2 spoons strawberry jam, yoghurt and sugar into a pot.
Mix everything until mixture is homogenized.
Add flour
Add 2 – 3 spoons of mixture into cake stamp
Add some jam in middle
Bake the cookies
Add one strawberry on top on every piece
