Beef steaks with tomato sauce

Main dish for 4 persons

600 gr. - 4 beef steaks

Salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano, garlic

50 ml white wine

Canned tomato sauce

Preparation:

Rub steaks with salt and pepper and fry them on both sides on olive oil. When they are cooked, add wine and leave it to cook until it dry

Make mixture of tomato sauce, some olive oil, chopped garlic, oregano, pepper and stew the mixture for 10 minutes

Serve beef steaks into sauce on serving dish with rice or some pasta

Beef steaks with mustard

Main dish for 4 persons

500 gr. beef steak

Vegetable spice, oil

4 spoons mustard

Preparation:

Cut the steak into 4 pieces

Rub them with vegetable spice and little mustard and leave them for 30 minutes

Fry the steaks on both sides for 5 minutes

Serve them on serving dish with mushrooms, fried potatoes and vegetable at will

White cheese burgers

Main dish for 4 persons

500 gr. grinded meat

Vegetable spice, garlic, oil, parsley

1 egg

200 gr. soft cow cheese

Preparation:

Place meat into deeper pot and add vegetable spice, chopped garlic, parsley and soft cow cheese. Mix well and lave the mixture about an hour

Shape hamburgers and roll them into bread crunches

Fry them on hot oil on every side 8 minutes

Serve it on serving dish with cooked vegetable at will

Chicken with orange sauce

Main dish for 4 persons

8 chicken steaks

150 ml orange juice

1 orange

20 gr. sugar

Mustard, oil, flour, vegetable spice

40 gr. butter

Preparation:

Rub chicken steaks with vegetable spice and mustard

Into heated oil and some butter fry steaks on both sides about 7 - 9 minutes

Remove chicken from heat

Into same fry pot, place the rest of the butter, orange peel, orange juice and sugar and cook 3-4 minutes with constant stirring.

Add flour mixed with some water and orange slices. Cook for a while and add salt.

Serve chicken steaks on serving dish, place orange slice and pour hot sauce on top on every steak. Add some rice, potatoes or other vegetable.

Spaghetti Puttanesca

Main dish for 4 persons

Olive oil, garlic, parsley

400 gr. tomatoes

300 gr. spaghetti

Preparation:

Fry chopped garlic into olive oil to get some colour

Add chopped tomatoes, mix well and cook 5 minutes

Boil spaghetti into salted water

Mix spaghetti and sauce and serve it with yellow cheese

Pork Knuckle

Main dish for 2 persons

1 fresh pork knuckle

Preparation:

Salt pork knuckle and leave it in the fridge at least 1 day

Boil knuckle in salted water 1 hour

Remove knuckle, cool it a little and make circle deep cuts. Rub the cuts with vegetable spice and put on the grill.

Grill it or roast it for 30 minutes until it gets golden crust color.

Serve it with potatoes or other vegetable on serving dish

Chicken burgers

Main dish for 4 persons

500 gr. chicken fillets

Onion, garlic, pepper, oil

1 egg

Bread crunches

Preparation:

Grind chicken fillets; add vegetable spice, chopped onion, garlic, egg and bread crunches. Mix well and leave the mixture for 1 hour.

Shape the burgers and fry them on each side about 5 minutes.

Serve it on serving dish with potatoes and salad at will

Pork with prunes

Main dish for 4 persons

250 gr. potatoes

150 gr. carrots

500 gr. pork meat

Oil, salt, pepper, red pepper

800 gr. leek

250 gr. prunes

700 ml water

Preparation:

Chop potatoes and carrots

Chop meat, fry a little, add chopped leek, potatoes and carrots

Add salt, pepper, red pepper, water and stew till meat is softened.

When meat is softened add prunes.

Serve with noodles or some pasta on serving dish

Beef with peas

Main dish for 4 persons:

600 gr. beef meat

150 gr. carrot

Oil, garlic, parsley

100 ml. white wine

500 gr. peas

2 tea spoons flour

Preparation:

Fry chopped meat on heated oil

Add chopped garlic and carrot. Add some water and stew it until meat is softened.

Add wine, peas, flour mixed into small amount of water, and stew it little bit more.

Add chopped parsley

Serve it with mashed potato on serving dish

Salmon fillets

Main dish for 4 persons

4 salmon fillets

Olive oil, vegetable spice

For the sauce:

Olive oil, lemon peel, lemon juice

Garlic, parsley

Preparation:

Rub the filets with vegetable spice and leave it for 1 hour

Fry filets into olive oil on both sides.

Sauce: Add lemon peel, lemon juice and garlic into olive oil. Leave it on heat for a while and in the end add chopped parsley.

Pour sauce on top of salmon filets and serve it with potatoes on serving dish.
