For the biscuit: 4 egg whites 150 gr. grinded hazelnuts 120 gr. sugar powder For the cream: 150 gr. sugar powder 2 oranges juice 4 yolks 200 gr. butter 1 soup spoon flour   Preparation: Beat egg whites into firm mixture slowly adding sugar and grinded hazelnuts. Place roast paper into roast pot. Make the mixture into square shape and leave it into oven for 15 minutes on 180 C. Now you got biscuit done. Cut the biscuit on 3 plain pieces Place sugar into yolks, orange juice and flour and stew it until mixture is creamed. Cool it and mix it with butter.
