Pork with prunes

Main dish for 4 persons

250 gr. potatoes

150 gr. carrots

500 gr. pork meat

Oil, salt, pepper, red pepper

800 gr. leek

250 gr. prunes

700 ml water

 

Preparation:

Chop potatoes and carrots

Chop meat, fry a little, add chopped leek, potatoes and carrots

Add salt, pepper, red pepper, water and stew till meat is softened.

When meat is softened add prunes.

Serve with noodles or some pasta on serving dish

This recipe goes well with red wine.
