Spaghetti Puttanesca

Main dish for 4 persons

Olive oil, garlic, parsley

400 gr. tomatoes

300 gr. spaghetti

 

Preparation:

Fry chopped garlic into olive oil to get some colour

Add chopped tomatoes, mix well and cook 5 minutes

Boil spaghetti into salted water

Mix spaghetti and sauce and serve it with yellow cheese

This recipe goes well with white wine
