White cheese burgers

Main dish for 4 persons

500 gr. grinded meat

Vegetable spice, garlic, oil, parsley

1 egg

200 gr. soft cow cheese

Bread crunches

 

Preparation:

Place meat into deeper pot and add vegetable spice, chopped garlic, parsley and soft cow cheese. Mix well and lave the mixture about an hour

Shape hamburgers and roll them into bread crunches

Fry them on hot oil on every side 8 minutes

Serve it on serving dish with cooked vegetable at will

This recipe goes well with white wine
