Fish soup

Soup for  6 persons

300 gr. potatoes

700 gr. tomatoes

200 gr. onion

Parsley, garlic, vegetable spice, olive oil

500 gr. fish at will

50 gr. rice

 

Preparation:

Place chopped potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, onion, parsley, and olive oil into cold water and cook until potatoes are boiled.

Remove vegetables and chop well

Place fish, olive oil, vegetable spice into cold water and cook on medium heat 10 minutes. Remove fish on plate.

Add 500 ml fish cook liquid and cooked rice into chopped vegetables and mix well

Serve it with lemon and pieces of cooked fish.
