Coffee dessert
300 gr. sugar
1 lemon
150 gr. sesame

Preparation:
Place sugar on heated pot until it got golden caramel color
Slowly add lemon juice with constant stir.
In the end mix sesame and pour the mixture on roast paper
Cut it with knife making cookies shape
When cool off, remove them from paper
This dessert goes well with coffee.

Dessert for 4 persons
4 apples
40 gr. sugar
1 small pack vanilla powder
½ teas spoon cinnamon
40 gr. butter
100 ml. water

Preparation:
Make a hole in the center of each apple and place them into greased roast pot
Place sugar, vanilla and cinnamon into apple holes.
Pour on top on every apple melted butter, then water
Roast into heated oven on 200 C about 30 minutes
Serve apples into dessert plates covered with roasting liquid.

Salad for 4 persons
300 gr. cucumbers
300 gr. tomatoes
100 gr. garlic
300 ml. yoghurt
Salt, curry, olive oil

Preparation:
Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and garlic at will
Into smaller pot place yoghurt, salt, curry, olive oil and mix it well
Pour the curry sauce on top of vegetables and mix it well
Cool the salad and serve on salad dish

2 hot peppers
100 gr. garlic
8 eggs
Vegetable spice, salt, black pepper, oil

Preparation:
Cut the peppers and garlic at will
Stir eggs well, add vegetable spice, peppers, garlic, salt, black pepper and stir some more
Fry the mixture into heated pot.
Serve it on serving dish with salad at will

500 gr. chicken filets
200 gr. red peppers
100 gr. young onion
200 gr. champignons
200 ml dark beer
Oil, salt, vegetable spice

Preparation:
Cut chicken meat on pieces and mix with vegetable spice
Chop red pepper, young onion and champignons
Take chopped salted vegetables and chicken, pour beer and mix well
Leave the mixture on cold place for 30 minutes
Take wooden sticks and make kabobs
Prepare grill and grill kabobs until they are done.
This recipe goes well with green salad, some vegetable and white wine

1 soup spoon sugar
300 ml. milk
200 ml. mineral water
Salt, oil, lemon peel
200 gr. flour
For the layer
200 gr. white chocolate cream
100 ml. milk
100 gr. grinded peanuts

Preparation:
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, lemon peel, mineral water, milk and flour
Roast pancakes into pancake pot
Mix white chocolate cream, milk and peanuts
Roll the pancakes with milk cream

1 banana
5 soup spoons yogurt
3 soup spoons milk
5 soup spoons flour
Salt, vanilla powder, butter

Preparation:
Into pressed banana, add milk, yoghurt, and flour, salt and vanilla powder. Mix everything well.
Add melted butter on heat. Mix again and roast the mixture on pancake pot.
Serve it with banana mix and some chocolate layer.

1 kg. lamb
Salt, oil, pepper, flour, parsley

Preparation:
Cut the lam into pieces and cook into salted water for 30 minutes
Take roast pot and rub it with oil, flour, pepper and parsley.
Place lamb pieces and pour some water
Roast into oven 60 minutes on 200 C
Serve it on serving dish with sour cream and vegetable at will

600 gr. - 4 beef steaks
Salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano, garlic
50 ml white wine
Canned tomato sauce

Preparation:
Rub steaks with salt and pepper and fry them on both sides on olive oil. When they are cooked, add wine and leave it to cook until it dry
Make mixture of tomato sauce, some olive oil, chopped garlic, oregano, pepper and stew the mixture for 10 minutes
Serve beef steaks into sauce on serving dish with rice or some pasta

8 Artichokes
2 lemons
Salt, oil

Preparation:
Clean artichokes, rub it with lemon juice and immerse into water with lemon juice.
Dry it and leave it a little upside down
Press it so the leaves could open
Fry it on heated oil
Salt them and serve it on serving dish
